Product: Deskjet 460
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Deskjet 460 and I see the only driver available online is the 460c. Will that work?

Yes.  There are two different drivers available for the Deskjet 460 series in Windows 10.   Either would work with any printer in the HP Deskjet 460 series.  The HP drivers typically have more features. See the document here for information on installing the driver supplied through Windows Update.
