Hi @Greencor,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're experiencing issues with the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e All-In-One Printer driver being unavailable, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Check Connection:

  • Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer or network. If it's a wired connection, check the USB or Ethernet cable. If it's a wireless connection, ensure that the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.

Restart Printer and Computer:

  • Turn off your printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
  • Restart your computer.

Update Printer Driver:

  • Visit the official HP website and download the latest driver for your HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e. Ensure that you download the driver that is compatible with your operating system (e.g., Windows 10, macOS).
  • Install the updated driver on your computer.

Windows Troubleshooter:

  • If you're using Windows, you can use the built-in troubleshooter to fix printer-related issues. Go to "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Troubleshoot" > "Printer" and run the troubleshooter.

Uninstall and Reinstall Driver:

  • Remove the existing printer driver from your computer.
  • Reinstall the driver by downloading the latest version from the HP website.

Check for Windows/Mac Updates:

  • Ensure that your operating system is up to date. Sometimes, updates can include new drivers or bug fixes that might resolve the issue.

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor:

  • HP provides a diagnostic tool called HP Print and Scan Doctor that can help identify and fix printing problems. Download and run this tool to see if it can resolve the issue.

Firewall/Antivirus Settings:

  • Check your firewall or antivirus settings to ensure they are not blocking communication between your computer and the printer.

Check for Hardware Issues:

  • Ensure that there are no hardware issues with your printer, such as paper jams, empty ink cartridges, or any other physical problems.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
