Hallo Community,wer kann bei diesen älteren Gerät noch weiterhelfen?

Gerät zeigt folgenden Fehler:"Fehler im Tintensystem,Das Tintensystem ist ausgefallen und kann nicht mehr drucken.siehe Druckerdokumentation Fehler 0xc18a0401,Drucker Aus-und wieder Einschalten"

Alle Versuche wie Gerät Ein/Ausschalten Stecker ziehen usw. oder 2 Tasten gleichzeitig drücken auf dem Display erscheint 12345 auch bei mehreren Versuchen ohne Erfolg.

Wahrscheinlich wie in verschiedenen Foren erwähnt könnte noch eine Firmware "download firmwareenable_release.exe" helfen,jedoch kann ich diese Firmware nicht mehr finden.

Also hat jemand noch einen Hinweis bzw. die Firmware für dieses Problem ??

Übrigens in diesen Gerät sind original Druckerpatronen.
