Product: HP Officejet Pro 7740
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

vor 2 Wochen kauften wir uns den HP Officejet Pro 7740 Drucker - neu und ovp.

Bei Ausdrucken aus Word- und Exel-Dateien druckt er jedoch immer eine schwarze Linie am linken Seitenrand - nur auf die 1. Seite - bei mehrseitigen Dokumenten befindet sich auf den Folgeseiten 2 bis... keine Linie mehr. Formateinstellungen wurden bereits überprüft - es ist keine Seitenlinie angegeben.

PDF-Ausdrucke, Kopien und JPEG-Dateien erfolgen ohne dieser Linie.

Hi @mixmary, 

Wir haben hier genau dasselbe Problem - mit einem HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 - also genau das gleiche Modell wie deins. 

Egal ob Emails, PDFs, Word oder sonstige Dateien - auf der ersten Seite ist links immer eine schwarze Linie.

Hast du in der Zwischenzeit etwas herausfinden können?
