Mein Drucker HP6700 musste die schwarze Patrone gewechselt werde, da ich bisher immer Original verwendet habe die 933XL aus Zeitdruck habe ich eine genommen die angeblich kompatibel sein soll. Hat auch 2 Seiten gedruckt dann war Schluss. Als ich dann eine Originale wieder eingesetzt habe, bekam ich den Hinweis auf Fehlermeldung mit dem Drucken. Habe so ziemlich alle Möglichkeiten aus geschöpft, die ich im Support finden konnte, aber der Fehler ist nirgends aufgeführt. Es wird immer der Fehler 0x6101bed angezeigt. Kennt jemand von Euch was das für ein Fehler sein kann und wie ich ihn beheben kann. Ein Dankeschön im Voraus.

My printer HP6700 had to be replaced with the black cartridge, because so far I have always used the original, the 933XL from time pressure I took one that is supposed to be compatible. Has also printed 2 pages then it was over. When I reinserted an original, I got an error message about printing. Almost exhausted all the options I could find in support, but the error is not listed anywhere. Error 0x6101bed is always displayed. Does anyone of you know what this can be and how I can fix it. Thank you in advance.
