Product: HP Color Laser MFP 178nwg

Bei meinem HP Farblaser-MFP 178nwg, der jetzt etwa 2 Jahre alt ist und sehr wenige Einsatzzeiten hatte, ist schon eine geraume Zeit ein Druckfehler, der sich bisher einfach nicht beheben ließ. Und zwar sind da immer solche Balken und die ziehen sich über alle Ausdrucke fort. Weiß jemand von euch woran das liegen könnte und wie man diese "Phantom Hintergründe" wegbekommt?
