Dear community, I have got a all-in-one printer since 2016. It worked just fine all the time. Since ca 2 Months started to show me on the display following message by printing (in german): "Der druckkopf scheint zu fehlen, wird nicht erkannt oder ist falsch eingesetzt. 0xc19a0027".

So I have tried to follow the instructions for set the printhead properly.... turn it off and on again.... reset the factory settings.... check and install firmware updates... clean the print head.... well, some of that helped for just a short time (I could print couple of sheets). But shortly after there was the problem again. So now, I can't print anything!

Well the printer was quite expensive and after 4 years (not much printing) I would not expect any problems this kind. At least not by HP! The druckkopf (printhead) is not cheap and costs like some new cheaper printer!

Could you please someone tell me if there is need for a new druckkopf (printhead) or is there any firmware update?

Please follow this HP document on Ink System Failure Error Displays on the Front Panel.

 

If the issue still persists, please conatct our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

 

 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

2)Select the product type.

 

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

 

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

 

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Hello,

Thank you for your help.

Well, the support didn't help a lot in my case. So I decided to risk a bit and buy a new print-head. So I hoped, that this could be the solution. And it really was! The price was ca 120 eur, but it was delivered together with four new cartridges. So the price didn't hurt that much 🙂

Now it seems to be all right.
