Hi @Savagegurl_23 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are getting the "E" error on your HP DeskJet 2752e printer usually indicates a general error, such as a paper jam, ink cartridge issue, or connectivity problem. Here are some steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check the Printer Display for Additional Error Codes
- If the printer screen or HP Smart app shows a specific error message (e.g., E1, E2, E3), let me know for targeted troubleshooting.
2. Check for Paper Jams
- Turn off the printer and unplug it.
- Open the ink cartridge access door and remove any jammed paper inside.
- Check the rear access panel for any stuck paper.
- Close everything and restart the printer.
3. Reset the Printer
- Turn off the printer.
- Unplug the power cord and wait 2-3 minutes.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
4. Check Ink Cartridges
- Open the ink cartridge access door.
- Ensure the cartridges are properly seated.
- Remove and reinstall them if necessary.
- Check for any protective tape that needs to be removed from new cartridges.
5. Check Connectivity
- If using WiFi, restart your router and ensure the printer is connected to the correct network.
- If using USB, try a different port and cable.
6. Update Printer Firmware & Drivers
- Open HP Smart on your Windows 11 PC.
- Go to Printer Settings > Update Printer and install any updates.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
