Hi @ Neha_Kapoor,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The E0 error code on an HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 2677 All-In-One Printer usually indicates a paper jam or a carriage stall issue. Here are some steps you can follow to resolve the E0 error:

  1. Check for Paper Jams:
    • Turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord.
    • Open the input tray and remove any loose or jammed paper.
    • Check the output tray for any obstructions.
  2. Clear the Paper Path:
    • Make sure there is no torn or jammed paper in the paper path.
    • Check the ink cartridge access door and remove any obstructions.
  3. Check the Carriage:
    • Make sure the carriage can move freely.
    • Manually move the carriage to check for any obstructions.
  4. Reset the Printer:
    • Turn off the printer and unplug the power cord.
    • Wait for a few minutes, then plug in the power cord and turn on the printer.
  5. Inspect for Foreign Objects:
    • Check for any foreign objects, such as paper clips or debris, in the printer.
  6. Ensure Proper Paper Loading:
    • Make sure you are using the correct type and size of paper.
    • Adjust the paper guides in the input tray to fit the paper properly.
  7. Update Firmware:
    • Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer on the HP website. Updating the firmware may resolve certain issues.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
