HP ENVY Pro 6458 All-in-One Printer

E0 error on printer that was/is experiencing network connectivity issues and has not been consistently observed by the instant ink service. I would like replacement cartridges. I have already tried: 
1. Remove, clean, replace the cartridges
2. Unplugging and re-plugging the power cord.
3. Have already re-setup the printer after the Wi Fi antenna shut down. Had to run the setup over a USB connection to get it back online. Created a "new printer" on my HP Support page.
4. Running Setting up removed the printer from Instant Ink., Will not rejoin. Continues to display the E0 code. Will not print the second information page with the Printer Code to rejoin. 
5. Researched the E0 Code. Followed HP supplied remedies. Down to the "replace the cartridges" step.
6. Have already set the network to only communicate with the printer over the 2.4 Ghz network.
7. Have set it as high priority in my Mesh Wi Fi network - TP Link X60 WiFi 6 mesh (not 6e).
8. Ensured the printer and the network devices are all on the latest firmware.
 
Running Windows 10 from my desktop PC for the setup.
 
Send me replacement cartridges please. They do not show as empty, Happy to have you recycled them.

I understand you've already gone through quite a few troubleshooting steps for your HP ENVY Pro 6458 printer. Since you've tried several solutions and the issue persists, it's reasonable to request replacement cartridges.
