E0 error code after switching to new ink cartridges supplied by hp+ subscription and I've already tried cleaning the cartridges as well as restarting the printer and even factory reset it 3 times nothing seems to be working. I have a deskjet 4100 printer all in one I've even attempted to clean the printer heads as well as try to print out an alignment sheet nothing works

I understand you are receiving an E0 error on the printer screen.
E0 error indicates cartridge error.
I notice you have already the troubleshooting steps.
Were you able to try the steps in the document -Ink cartridge errors
