Hello,
I am having issues with E1 error. I have set my printer to custom size and it takes the paper makes a printing noise and then this error comes up.
I am trying to print invitations 14.5cm x 29.5cm.
Any ideas why this happens?
Thanks in advance:)

If not done,
Check whether you can set the paper size / type on the printer in EWS - Tray and Paper
I'm not sure whether or how the printer itself will respond to a custom paper size.
"Custom" might -- or might not -- be one of the size selections.
If you can set the size -- or get close, perhaps the settings in your job configuration setup will allow the Custom Paper Size to be used.
