Product: HP DeskJet Plus 4155 All-in-One Printer

Hello - our printer’s firmware just updated and now we all of a sudden cannot print.  We keep getting the E1 error and have tried rebooting system, unplugging power cords, printing from multiple devices.  Can someone assist?

I see that you are facing printer issues.

 

I suggest you reinstall the driver and connect the printer to check if that fixes the issue.

 

You can follow the steps under this link to uninstall.

 

Furthermore, you can reinstall using HP Smart App from this link.
