I am using HP Ink Tank Wireless 415. I cannot use the printer normally like before, I keep getting E2 error and stuck with print queues, I tried to stop printer spooler and delete all files from spool files of printer but I keep getting the same error. In addition to this, the first page of the document I am printing is printed in half, the other half of the document is printed in the next paper. How can I solve this?

Hi @ynahhh,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you're experiencing a few issues with your HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 printer. Let's address them step by step.
E2 Error: The E2 error on HP printers typically indicates a paper jam. Even if you've checked and there doesn't seem to be any paper jammed, there could be a small piece stuck somewhere or a sensor falsely detecting a jam. Try the following steps to clear it:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Open all the access doors and remove any visible paper jams.
- Check inside the printer with a flashlight to ensure there are no small pieces of paper or debris.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on. Check if the error persists.
Print Queue Issue: If you're having trouble with print queues, it might be due to corrupted print jobs or misconfigured printer settings. Here's what you can do:
- On your computer, go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers (or Printers & Scanners).
- Right-click on your HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 printer and select "See what's printing."
- Cancel all print jobs in the queue.
- Restart both your computer and the printer.
- Try printing a test page to see if the issue persists.
Half-page Printing: This issue could be caused by incorrect paper size settings or misalignment of the paper tray. Ensure that:
- The paper size settings in your printer driver match the actual paper loaded in the tray.
- The paper guides in the tray are adjusted snugly against the paper stack to prevent misalignment.
- Try printing a test page with a different document to see if the problem persists.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
