Dell e5400

ink tank wireless 419 printer is showing Error 2, which I am not able to fix. while printing paper gets stuck.

I understand you are3 not able to print due to this error.

 

An E2 error occurs when the printer attempts to print a single-page or multi-page print job, and the paper length selected in the print settings does not match the length of the loaded paper. The printer then prints out the first page with errors.

 

You can resolve the error by canceling the print job, and then changing the print settings in the printing software.

  1. Press the Cancel button  to cancel the print job or clear the error.

  2. Go to Printing and Changing Print Settings (Windows) or Printing and Changing Print Settings (Mac) for instructions on changing the paper size for your print job.

To resolve a paper jam, follow the steps from -  'E4' Error (Paper Jam)
