Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have a HP ENVY 6400 printer and the E3 error message (cartridge or paper jam) keeps appearing every time I turn the printer on.
I have followed instructions given to me by the HP website and by different Youtube channels. They all say the same thing.
Even though I have checked for a paper jam and made sure the cartridges are in place properly and has no obstructions in its path, the message persists.
I believe my printer has finally given out after many years but I want to make sure before buying a new one.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
