Product: HP DeskJet 2755 All-in-One Printer

Error message continues even though I have: checked paper guides, cleared paper path, cleaned rollers, added new ink cartridge and powered off and on (unplugged from power source, plugged back in, etc).  Do I need to buy a new printer?
