HP LaserJet Managed E60155dn

We have several HP printers that are connect to PCs via a usb. Consistently running into a issue where printer will go to sleep after non-use or go offline but will not awake when a job is sent to print. Have to manually wake the printer by touching the screen. Have had to restart the print spooler many times also. I have tried some things.

  • Create wake events every 2 hr while maxing out the sleep activity minutes- Printer was sometimes still going offline
  • Made sure USB Root Hub was not set to allow computer to turn off the device to save power
  • Updated to latest HP firmware
  • Windows is up to date

I really appreciate any other tips to try. Our previous HP printers (m607n) seemed to not run into this problem. Thanks for the future help.
