We have an E87660 that got a 98.00.00 error on a Toshiba drive, we replaced the hard drive with a Seagate from HP and loaded the firmware in the preboot. Now it gets stuck on initializing after the reboot sequence 600+, we have seen it go over 31000. Firmware version we are loading is 4.11.0.2

We realized we were hearing no motor sounds and had no scanner activity immediately after boot. It turned out to be a bad DC controller. I replaced it with one from another machine and it booted to the setup screen.
