My ENVY 4520 will not print magenta. I have made numerous attempts spread out over time to use the clean cartridges feature. Could this be a software problem and if so, how do I fix it? If it is a defective starter cartridge, what is the contact info for obtaining a replacement? Thanks!

It turned out to be a bad starter cartridge.  How do I request a replacement starter cartridge, since I paid for a printer plus some ink, not a printer with unusable ink?
