Product: ENVY5000

My printer has decided that it does not like colour ink cartridge.  i have replaced with a new cartridge, and still  not work.

I have checked for updates and it says that it is up-to-date.  I have also cleaned the elements with a damp lint free clothes.

Any help  greatly appreciated.
