Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Please can someone help?

My printer is stuck on the HP loading screen with a full bar and one dot. I have turned it on and off, unplugged etc. Printer is offline with no access to any menus. Is there anything else I can do except for repeatedly unplugging?
