Hi @CAKhushboo,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code "ER50" on an HP LaserJet printer typically indicates a paper jam or a paper feed issue. When all the lights on the printer are blinking, it's usually a sign that something is obstructing the paper path or that there's an issue with the paper feed mechanism.

Here are some steps you can follow to resolve this issue.

  • Check for Paper Jams: Open all access doors and trays on the printer, and carefully inspect the paper path for any jammed paper. If you find any, gently remove it.
  • Properly Load Paper: Ensure that the paper you are using is correctly loaded in the paper tray. Make sure it is not bent, wrinkled, or damaged in any way.
  • Check Sensors: There are usually paper sensors inside the printer that detect the movement of paper. These sensors can sometimes become dirty or obstructed. Gently clean the sensors using a lint-free cloth or compressed air.
  • Reset the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a minute, and then plug it back in. Turn the printer on again and check if the error is resolved.
  • Update Firmware: Sometimes, updating the printer's firmware can resolve issues. Check the HP website for any available firmware updates for your printer model.
  • Inspect the Toner Cartridge: Make sure the toner cartridge is properly installed and not causing any obstructions.
  • Try Different Paper: If you're still experiencing issues, try using a different type or brand of paper. Sometimes, the printer can be sensitive to the type of paper being used.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, it's possible that there's a more serious hardware problem.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
