ERROR 49 LASERGET M234SDWE

Hello. Really need your help, everything i tried didn't work. 

Cartridge was low and after couple days  i couldn't print and this error 49 blinks and doesn't want go away. Printer was working wireless.

i deleted everything and tried to setup again softwares-didn't work. I am trying with ethernet and usb and when they ask ip address printer i cannot find and make report or print configuration. When i press and hold button "i" when turn on it make all lights except wireless and all buttons don't work only lights blink, after 1 minute again 49 -not blinks. I restarted again and press "arrow" and it comin our error AU (looks like not 'A' more like opposite 'U") an after error 77. Can you help me please?
