Hi @MIRIHERE
Please follow next steps:
1. Clear the error
Clear the error before you troubleshoot further.
Turn off the printer by pressing the Power button.
If the printer does not turn off, unplug the power cord.
Wait for one minute.
Plug the power cord, and then turn the printer on.
Wait for the printer to become idle.
The Home menu should display on the printer control panel indicating the printer is ready to update the firmware.
2. Update the printer firmware
Install the next software to update firmware:
3. Service the printer
Service or replace your HP product if the issue persists after completing all the preceding steps.

I have the same error but i cannot disable the scan features as they are essential to the staff that use it. I am seriously annoyed at HP for simple firmware bugs since we bought this printer. This is ridiculous and the time to fix and work arounds are not acceptable.
