I require technical assistance with resolving an error on an HP Laserjet MFP 310Ifdwe printer. The error code displayed is 003E1AA3.
This error occurred during the printer setup process, causing a blue screen with a power-off icon to appear. Unfortunately, the screen remains stuck at the blue screen, preventing us from proceeding with the setup. The only option available on the printer control panel screen is to power off the device.
Your prompt support in addressing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your assistance in resolving the issue. I have followed the steps as advised but we were unable to get the printer firmware updated because the blue screen does not allow us to go any further into the setup of the printer via the control panel. What we notice also is that the error changes to "12345"on a green background screen. Please what else can i do now that we have 3 printers newly gotten by our client showing same error? Is this a factory error that HP needs to fix or what?
