Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

This error appeared all of a sudden on the front panel and the only option is to pull the plug.  There is no trace of that error codes in any manual I can find on the net

Hello,

 

Hope you are well, by checking the error code: 0XB80989AC P1 0XE00989AC  , if everytime that you turn the printer on , goes directly to the error code, most likely that could be related to an issue on the print system, steps recommended are to unplug the printer from the electrical source and press the power button, take out the cartridges and put them back in, then reconnect the printer to a different wall outlet and turn it on. If error remains its recommended to reach an Authorized service provider to service the printer.
