Hi @Avozik,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4102 fdwe. The error code C4EB9032 indicates a problem with the printer. To troubleshoot this issue, you can try the following steps.
- Restart the Printer: Since you've mentioned that you've already restarted the printer, make sure to turn it off, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few minutes, and then plug it back in. This ensures a complete power cycle.
- Update Firmware/Drivers: Check if there are any firmware or driver updates available for your printer on the HP website. Updating the firmware and drivers can sometimes resolve compatibility issues.
- Check for Paper Jams: Ensure that there are no paper jams in the printer. Even a small piece of torn paper can cause errors.
- Inspect Toner Cartridge: Make sure the toner cartridge is properly installed and not empty. If it's low, replace it with a new one.
- Reset to Factory Defaults: Consult your printer's user manual for instructions on how to perform a factory reset. This can sometimes resolve software-related issues.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
