HP ENVY 6052 All-In-One Printer

I have error code E3 flashing. It says carriage jam. The carriage is not jammed, I have followed all diagnostics and cannot get it to clear. I changed ink cartridges even thinking maybe the others were dried up. These are brand new cartridges,  there are no jams and I cannot get the printer to work. Any help is appreciated.

I understand you are facing a E3 error.

 

If you have already performed the steps from the document Carriage jam or E3 error and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

I've sent you a private message with further instructions to get this issue sorted.
