Good afternoon all,
Hi Hp family,
Please be gentle as I am new here.
My HP Officejet 6700 Premium is giving me issues - specifically two things:
First, the embedded web page had a password set up a server which was accepted, but when I try to log in, it outright refuses and locks me out. Second, I have reset the printer completely in the hope that the password might be reset to its original default, but to no avail. When I tried to use my old email address, it told me it was already in use. The HP Eprint system has given me a new Eprint email address. Would it be possible to get around this?
Thank you in advance for your help and advice!

EWS is locked
To reset the printer beyond what you have done, you will likely need the assistance of an agent.
Information of this nature cannot be provided by those of us outside HP (not employees).
If anyone can address this part of the request, I will forward it.
What about ePrint support?
The good news...
The printer still supports web services.
At this writing, your printer is not on the "no longer supported" list for web services.
Web Services has been discontinued on some older printers (as listed)
