I am unable to sign in to the EWS. It says server says admin, so I tried that as both my username & password, also tried my HP acct credentials. I did a partial reset last night by accessing the hidden Support Menu, but that didn't solve the issue that the EWS locked all advanced settings. Without access to the built-in admin credentials, setting up my fax is impossible. This is now the 2nd HP device I own that I have been denied the built-in admin PW... my HP 15 laptop's built-in admin/power on is enabled, so I have no way of accessing BIOS... oh, but for $100, support will "provide" me access to a password I didn't even create... that's an easy $200 if I need 2 passwords. Future purchases will be strictly Microsoft products. They have always given me excellent service.
