Edge-to-edge printing with PageWide

I keep seeing posts that say the PageWide Pro 452dn and other models in the series do not support Edge-To-Edge printing.

However, here is a screen shot of the printer configuration page clearly offering the option.  How do I get it to work?

OK..

The printer documentation says Borderless Printing is not supported.

and

Print Margin Bottom (A4)	4.2 mm
Print Margin Left (A4)	4.2 mm
Print Margin Right (A4)	4.2 mm
Print Margin Top (A4)	4.2 mm

The user guide does not mention "borderless".

The Datasheet for this series indicates (that) Borderless Printing is not supported.

So - something is not right everywhere else or the EWS result is misleading in this case.

Assuming for the moment (that) you are right and the printer actually supports the option:

It is common that Borderless printing is supported on limited paper sizes / paper types (for example, Photo paper / Brochure paper).

Has anyone gotten it to work?  Or know what combination might work?

Or can explain what this option is?  It is confusing the printer is called "PageWide" but cannot actually make page wide prints.
