Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

During a print job, the printer began to eject a black film, once I extracted all of this and cleared the jam (of this film), the printer won't print. I changed out the color cartridges,still no difference.

That is no good, you probably have a damaged transfer belt. Can you post a picture of the black film to be sure, if the transfer belt is damaged a new one is needed, the printer will not work without it.

looking into it - you are probably right. They are expensive to replace!
