I am attempting to set up email alerts and have confirmed and reconfirmed settings and authentication information but the printer reports the following:
"The device could not send the test email message. (emailServerSettingPage-ErrorIncorrectCredentials)"

Hi,
Try generating an app-specific password and use it for the printer instead of the standard password:
https://help.yahoo.com/kb/generate-third-party-passwords-sln15241.html
