I try to print a document on my printer. I get: “ Error printing on HP Officejet 4630. Printer has a problem that requires your intervention” on computer.
Then on printer I get: ” Cannot print. Press OK to connect printer to update status.” I press OK then I see ‘Cancelling’. “Printer must be connected to the network for this feature”. No printing.
WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE IT PRINT?

Hi,
How is your printer connected to the computer is it through the USB cable or connected wirelessly
if it is conencted throught the USB cable can you check if the cable id connected properly at both the ends.
If it is connected wirelessly please check if the wireless router is on and it is broadcasting.
