This solution does not actually work, at least, not with the version 14 drivers.  The printer claims "Paper Size MIsmatch" and just feeds the envelope through the system.  The only way to clear the error is to agree to cancel the print job.

 

I see no way to print on a #10 envelope using a small left border.  Apparently the print driver is going to enforce a left border of .69 inches for #10 media, no matter what.

 

Rats....
