I have a brand new HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e Series printer and when I try to print the #10 envelopes, the return address us cut off. I have tried shutting down, unplugging, rebooting, etc, etc. Nothing has worked . Can anyone help?

@MG9010, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding a print issue!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
It sounds like an issue with the printer's alignment or the page setup in your printing software. Here are a few things to check and try:
Check Paper Size and Layout in Print Settings
- Go to File > Print (in Word or any other software you are using).
- Click Printer Properties or Page Setup.
- Ensure the paper size is set to #10 Envelope (4.125" x 9.5").
- Check the margins—a too-small top margin might be cutting off the return address.
Adjust Envelope Placement in Printer
- Ensure the envelope is inserted correctly into the paper tray.
- Try adjusting the paper guides to hold the envelope snugly but not too tight.
Use HP Print and Scan Doctor
- Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor.
- It can detect and fix print alignment issues.
Update Printer Firmware & Drivers
- Visit HP's website and check for firmware or driver updates.
Print as an Image (Workaround)
If the issue persists, try:
- Go to File > Print > Advanced Settings.
- Look for an option like Print as Image (available in some applications).
If these steps don’t work, let me know more details like the software you’re using and whether the issue occurs with all envelopes or just some!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
