Product: HP ENVY 114 all in one printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The printer will not print. When I run the troubleshooter I get the message that a print job is stuck in the que, but I also get the message that that issue is fixed, and the que appears empty. I have gone through every advanced troubleshooting step advocated by both HP and Windows, including assuring the printer is on the same wifi network, downloading a new driver, looking through all the undetlying functions/setting, and still the pronter doesn't work. Is there any live support at either HP or Microsoft that can resolve the issue? Any suggestions?
