Envy 4500 Partial Prints Windows 11

Anything I print only prints top 20% of page and rest is blank. Only having this issue with Windows 11 machine. All other devices print normally. I tried unplugging the printer and reinstalling drivers but had no luck. Any solutions?

Thanks for helping me. I tried both steps and it didn't work. Still having the same issue.
