HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I'm trying to print my daughter's school pictures for my dad.  I have purchased the legally from the photo company and they sent me a full quality digital image.  I have the HP Glossy Premium Plus paper and I'm using the instant ink subscription service for ink.  When I go to print, it goes through all the motions of printing but there is no ink on the paper but there is stripes of ink on the back of the printer where the hp logo is.  I have the paper facing down like the picture on my paper tray says to do.  My settings when I print are:

Using the HP Smart printing app on Windows 11 HP Pavilion Laptop

HPFBE4D1 (HP Envy 4500 Series)

Let the app change my printing preferences (on)

Orientation:  Portrait

Paper size:  8.5" x 11"

Photo size:  8" x 10"

Select a layout:  One photo per page

Borderless printing:  On

Scaling:  Shrink to fit

Paper type:  HP Glossy Brochure or Professional Paper

Output quality:  High Quality

Copies: 1

When it spits the paper out after "printing" the glossy side is blank and the reverse matte side with the logos have evenly spaced stripes down the vertical from the ink.
