Product: HP Envy 4500
Operating System: Linux

the HP Envy 4500 is skipping lines during printer.   Both cartridges have ink in them.    I've only had this printer for a few months and can count on 1 hand how many times I've used it.   

 

I have done all the resets, cleaning and aligning.    The test page from the printer does the same thing.   So, this would have nothing to do with drivers.

If pull the black cartridge it works.   Why do I have do to this?  What is the fix?   why doe HP not respond?   these ink cartridges are not cheap.   HP used to make good printers.
