How do I get an ENVY 4520 to print in colour?

 

The printer test page prints find, but word etc only print in b&w.

There are no options in the printer settings, either through word or in control panel to switch from colour to b&w or back again.

Does anyone know how to get an answer out of HP about this?

 

They used to be really good, but now they don't seem to want to know about stuff once they have sold it.

Our solution here was to replace the printer with a different model, this HP printer failed within a week!

 

Cannon printers from now on!
