Hello all,
I'm having an annoying issue with black printing on my HP Envy 5032. For some reason it is occassionally smearing ruining an otherwise good print. I've tried all the recommended cleaning etc but it's still happening. I've only had the printer for about six months and it seems to have started after replacing the black ink cartridge with a new instant ink cartridge. Could it be the cartridge that is faulty? Here is a link to the diagnostics page which shows the problem: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1LhXc5FxrI3TG4Z2kbg7SZxgVKA9Gqvcg
Look at the word "black" in the centre of the page and the beginning of paragraph 7 which shows the problem perfectly.
Grateful for any suggestions on how to remedy this.
