Printer Envy 5544
Dell Laptop 14 5000
Win10 - Office 19
I cannot print in colour from my laptop in MS Office applications.
When i log into the printer website I can see the colour cartridges and see all the settings and a test page comes out in colour.
When I look at the printer properties through windows in doesnt give an option to switch between colour or black.
When I use Word there is no option for colour.
I have done an Office repair, switched off the printer, reinstalled firmware, I have followed all the instructions for removing printer drivers and software and reinstalling eg https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/Envy-4520-not-printing-color-word-document-or-ppt-Word... but nothing has resolved the issue.
All other devices in the house can print properly.

Hi,
Try following below version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe
Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.
Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy and check.
