I have tried several times to do a printer alignment and clean my cartridges but am still unable to get my black ink to print properly.  I have also changed the black ink cartridge to see if that works.  Colours are fine. Message comes up printer alignment unsuccessful.  Any suggestions?

I understand that your printer is not printing in black, I am glad to assist you.
