Product: HP Envy 5660

Brand new genuine HP tri color cartridge in Envy 5660 won't print cyan and alignment keeps failing. Have gone through all 3 levels of cleaning the cartridge.  When taking the cartridge out and putting on paper towel, I can see that it has cyan. Have unplugged, restarted etc, alignment still fails & no cyan.

As you have already tried the troubleshooting steps, this could be a hardware issue with the unit or the cartridge electrical contacts may be defective and may need replacement.
