Product: Envy 5660

Our Envy 5660 will not print/copy at all.  First we were receiving messages that we were using counterfeit cartridges (we are not), then it would tell us that we were out of ink after printing only a few pages.  Performed the Clean Cartridge option three times, still blank pages.  The printer is hardly used..... HELP!

I would suggest you perform the steps from the document HP DeskJet, ENVY, OfficeJet Printers - Ink Cartridge Errors.

 

If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
