I've seen this issue on here already, but it's been a year and no resolution, so I'm asking again. My printer is stuck in copy mode with the number '0' lit up. All the status messages say my printer is connected and ready, but when I select something to print, nothing happens.

I was able to work with an HP agent to find the solution to the issue. I had to manually delete the printer from my computer settings (there were multiple instances of the same printer) and re-add the printer. Do not use the automatic function to re-add, instead add it using the IP address of the printer that can be found on the print test page (press the "i" icon on the printer) and after that, you'll be good to go.
