Product: HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer

Buttons unresponsive. Setup hangs with error message  (Error Code: EBS00PO004). The app says it can't connect to Internet, but is connected to hub..... 

 

everything was fine a few days ago, printing happily and now it just another plastic brick. 

 

Note to self....... 2nd hp printer I have owned and same dissapointing experience. Don't buy another one!

Which operating system is installed on the computer to which this printer is connected?

Are you using the HP Smart app to install the printer?
