Product: hp envy 6032
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Envy 6032 constantly reverts to offline. Unbelievably frustrating! Appears this happens with lots of people - I have seen so many similar questions - but what is the answer. I would like to throw this printer away - it is by far the worst printer I have ever bought! What is the answer? As it appears the printer just works when it feels like it, the hp app doctor doesn't help. I have wasted countless hours online / you tube etc. Never had problems like this with other printers. 

 

I have even bought a hard wire lead to try and evade wifi connections - same error. 

 

Each time I switch computer off/on ... the ground hog day nightmare continues and I can't get these wasted hours of my life back. 

 

Please - what is the permanent solution? (Bar buy another printer - not HP?!)
